The world café is an intentional way to create conversations around questions that matter in relation to child bilingualism and the Irish Research Network in Childhood Bilingualism and Multilingualism.
You will join several other professionals and practitioners such as teachers, researchers, linguists, speech and language therapists, psychologists and special needs assistants to explore specific questions on the following themes:
- Supporting children with English as Additional Language (EAL)
- Special educational needs
- Interprofessional practice
- Multilingualism in under privileged contexts
- Linguistic diversity
- Examples of good practice
This is an opportunity to share ideas and exchange expertise in a relaxed environment.
Light refreshments and tea/coffee provided.
Places are limited. The event is free but registration is essential. Registration only via Eventbrite. Click here to register.
Organisers: Dr Duana Quigley and Lorraine Crean.
